Thanks to the success of our fundraisers this Rotary year, we’re proud to share that $39,500 was raised and given back to our community through projects, scholarships, and grants!
This Monday evening at Maldaner’s Upstairs, our Club gathered to celebrate giving back by awarding community grants to 13 incredible local nonprofits (image below). A donation was also provided to the Land of Lincoln Honor Fights. These grants were allocated by our Springfield Rotary Foundation Board of Directors.
Foundation Board President Barry Tobias (image below) had the honor of presenting the grants to the representatives in attendance.

Grants have also been given by our Club to the Central Illinois Tennis Association, Frontiers International Springfield, Peace Lutheran Church and the Youth Service Bureau.
Our Club is inspired by each of these organizations and the difference they make in the lives of so many within our community.
