Saul is a polio survivor and will discuss his experiences in dealing with this disease. His experience emphasizes the importance of continuing Rotary efforts to totally eradicate polio and is being presented in recognition of World Polio Day on October 24. Saul is a long-time Springfield resident and the Chair of the Quality Control Board at the State of Illinois Department of Human Services.
