The Rotary Club of Springfield’s Foundation will award more than $43,000 in community grants for the 2024–2025 Rotary year, supporting a variety of impactful local nonprofit organizations and initiatives. Representatives from local nonprofit organizations will attended our June 9 Club meeting and will be honored as recipients of this year’s community grants. We will also make an annual donation to the Land of Lincoln Honor Flights from the proceeds of our Flag Service Project. All of these funds were raised through the Club’s fundraising efforts throughout the Rotary year and were distributed by the Springfield Rotary Foundation Board of Directors. Springfield Rotary Foundation President Bill Kempiners will present the grant checks to the organizations in attendance.

These grants are more than just financial support—they are a reflection of our Club’s deep commitment to strengthening our community. We are grateful for the work these organizations do every day to uplift, protect, and serve our community.
