In May, our club installed another Little Library at the site of Springfield's Fire House No. 5, which was built in 1902-1903. It was the first Firehouse in Springfield staffed by African Americans. The Little Library is across the street from home of Club Member Kathryn Harris and makes a great place for children and their parents to pick up free books.
