Tom Swoik, a former member of our club, has been the staff director of the IL Casino Gaming Association, (an association of the owners of Illinois casinos). He will update us on the six new casinos currently authorized for construction in Illinois. He will also give us a history of casino gaming and the impact of video gaming on casinos. Tom has just retired after 22 years as staff director.
