Rotary Club of Springfield, Illinois members are invited to come and experience the following:
1)Susan Helm and Karla Frank Schumacher will be recognized for their guidance in coordinating the planting and nurturing of the garden.
2) Susan Helm will take provide garden highlights and explain how the plants attract birds and insects to help our environment.
3) Springfield's first Peace Pole will be dedicated at the garden.
4) The volunteers who helped make the garden happen will be acknowledged and discussion will be held about what might be possible going forward.
Funding for the garden and peace pole were made possible by a Sunrise District Grant funded by District 6460 Annual Fund Contributions in 2021-2022.
